About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented
General Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at our retail location in Northwood. This role is key to ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both store visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties across retail areas, restrooms, and employee spaces.
Collect, empty, and transport trash and recycling to disposal areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, and display counters.
Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock customer and staff restrooms.
Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep, and mop hard floors.
Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Physical Demands
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional janitorial or custodial experience required.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Punctuality: Strong work ethic with reliable attendance for the scheduled 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift (Wed–Sun).
