Cleaning Specialist

Kollective is a private performance club built around high performance, exceptional service, and meaningful community. We’re looking for Facilities Team members who take pride in the details and understand that a clean, organized, well-maintained environment doesn’t happen by accident.

Our Facilities Team helps maintain the standard of the entire club—from locker rooms and training spaces to towels, coworking areas, outdoor spaces, and everything in between.

We’re looking for people who notice what needs attention and take care of it.

Help keep all areas of Kollective exceptionally clean, organized, stocked, and ready for members.

Responsibilities will include both ongoing daily upkeep and deeper cleaning as needed.

Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, hospitality, or facilities experience is preferred.

A high school or college degree is not required.

We care most about reliability, attention to detail, work ethic, and pride in your work.

This is an active, physical role.

Facilities Team members should be able to:

• Spend extended periods standing and walking.
• Frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel.
• Push, pull, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Safely perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Move throughout all areas of the club during a shift.
• Work in indoor and outdoor areas as necessary.

This is a part-time opportunity with schedules varying based on club needs and individual availability.

Opportunities may range from a few shifts per week to 25+ hours per week. Coverage may include:

• Early mornings.
• Daytime.
• Evenings and closing.
• Overnight hours.
• Weekend availability is helpful.

This is an hourly compensated position. Hourly rate will be communicated during the hiring process.

It’s straightening equipment while you’re already walking through the gym.

It’s catching a maintenance issue early and making sure the right person knows about it.
