- Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address safety hazards or operational issues.
- Maintain guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facility infrastructure in good working condition.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
- Track maintenance work orders and document completed repairs.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs or services are required.
- Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
- Assist with renovation projects, facility improvements, and capital expenditure initiatives.
- Ensure all engineering equipment is operated safely and properly maintained to minimize downtime and guest impact.
