Building Maintenance

** Building Maintenance Technician*

Starting at $20.00/hour, based on experience*
* We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented  
** Facilities Maintenance
** to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the general building upkeep, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of our facilities and grounds while supporting church and community events.

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility

+ Assist with event setup and teardown, including tables, chairs, and equipment

+ Conduct basic building inspections and address maintenance concerns

+ Support the upkeep of grounds and facility appearance

+ Assist with scheduling and coordination of facility-related tasks as needed

+ Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Previous building/facilities maintenance

+ Basic repair skills and knowledge of building maintenance

+ Plumbing and/or electrical experience is a strong plus

+ Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment for events

+ Strong organizational and time management skills

+ Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
