Maintenance Supervisor | Nashville, TN | Multifamily Housing
Brookside is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in the Nashville market. This is a hands‑on leadership position for a skilled maintenance professional with strong HVAC experience, EPA certification, and apartment maintenance supervisory experience.

What You'll Do- Lead and oversee all onsite maintenance operations
- Supervise and support the maintenance team
- Prioritize and complete resident service requests and maintenance repairs
- Coordinate apartment turns and make‑readies to support occupancy goals
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, inspections, and property upkeep
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems
- Coordinate and manage outside contractors and vendors
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑maintained property
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations
- Participate in an emergency on‑call rotation as needed
- 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required
- EPA Certification required
- Strong hands‑on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance
- Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
