Job Summary
Custodian is responsible for keeping all areas clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and understands the importance of a clean and welcoming space for our clients.
Essential Job Functions- Sweep, mop, vacuum, clean interior glass and dust throughout the facility
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, lobby, common areas, mix rooms and offices
- Empty trash and restock restroom supplies
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Work together with facilities manager on supply reorder and organize supply
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to facilities manager
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Must be able to lift or move materials up to 35 lbs
- Previous custodial experience preferred, especially in commercial facility
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
