The Janitorial Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This position oversees daily cleaning operations, assigns tasks to janitorial staff, and ensures that all areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance. The supervisor monitors supply levels, orders materials as needed, and maintains equipment in good working condition. Responsibilities include training new team members, conducting inspections, addressing client concerns, and documenting work outcomes and incidents.

The role also involves coordinating schedules, supporting compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with management to improve processes and service quality.

• Demonstrated experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning, with the ability to supervise and guide a team effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment, including safe handling practices and basic maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet service deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Commitment to health and safety standards, including familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safe work procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
• Previous supervisory or lead role experience in facilities or janitorial services is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in custodial services or facility management are a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
