Colonial Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in our high-volume industrial laundry. You will oversee daily preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety and quality on the second shift (Monday–Friday).
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years supervisory and mechanical experience, familiar with electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and OSHA/Haz Mat awareness; ability to lift 50 lbs, use tools, and work with minimal supervision.
