Primary Duties- electronic cor rectors, EFMs and flow measurement devices - natural gas pressure regulation equipment - natural gas odorizing equipment.
- large diaphragm, turbine, rotary, orifice, ultrasonic and coriolis meters - communication circuits and equipment such as radio, modems, satellite, land lines.
- RTU and other SCADA equipment.
- review of lost and unaccounted for gas information provided by internal systems
Educational/Experience Level: High school diploma or equivalent, and three years natural gas measurement, construction and maintenance and/or service field experience; or equivalent. For Internal Applicants Only:

Becoming a MIC Tech Gas Measurement Basics Introduction to Meters & Electronic Instruments Principles of Theory Requires a valid driver's license in accordance with company standards. Communication

Requires the ability to perform complex calculations related to measurement principles and concepts. Computer

Requires advanced knowledge of various software applications and multiple technologies to create documents, reports and/or graphics. Work Conditions:
Work requires entry to customer premises. Works outdoors in all types of weather and may be exposed to extremes of climate and temperatures, high noise levels, rough terrain, and occasional work on ladders and confined spaces. Requires extensive travel. May have residence requirement due to call-out response time. Works as an individual contributor and/or as member of a team. Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds from the ground. (Ex: lifting and carrying a bags of concrete). Ability to lift 53 pounds from the ground to 52 inches. (Ex: lifting and operating fire extinguisher). Ability to generate 81-foot pounds of force at a contact point of 70 inches. (Ex: securing fittings). Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and/or crouch.
5. Ability to walk a distance of 500 feet. Requires the acute sense of sight and hearing (corrected or uncorrected) and strong sense of smell. Other Requirements:
