Maintenance Foreman - Nights

Equipment Maintenance Foreman (2nd Shift)

Trinity Heads, Inc. is searching for an Equipment Maintenance Foreman (2nd shift) in our Navasota, Texas facility. This role is responsible for managing resources, executing maintenance priorities, and supervising maintenance personnel.

Critical deliverables / accountabilities

• Manage maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.
• Provide training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Planner/Scheduler utilizing CMMS.
• Drive Maintenance and Reliability initiatives focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, not reactive.
• Perform other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.

Desired knowledge and experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 5 years Maintenance experience
• 1-3 years related technical supervisory experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems
