Position Type: Full Time

• Be consistent: ensure daily work includes healthy habits that enable you to spot issues before they become a larger problem.
• Follow through: complete all tasks and projects assigned to the best of your ability.
• Collaborate: work closely with operational teams to ensure the needs of the property and guests are met in a timely manner.
• Act on behalf of the Foundation: attend meetings with the team and vendors to suggest maintenance solutions and determine the best course of action for the property.
• Maintain the property: handle boiler maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, pool maintenance, fireplace maintenance, locksmithing and related responsibilities.

• Passion for the Foundation’s mission, nature, environmental stewardship, and people.
• Desire to help: enjoy helping guests and team members with maintenance concerns.
• Availability: must work at least one Saturday or one Sunday and be available from 2–10pm as part of your regular work schedule.
• Experience:
  
  experienced Maintenance Technician with a solid foundation of trades experience or knowledge.
• Knowledge: rely on your knowledge of best practices, policies, and procedures related to maintenance.
• Attention to detail and commitment to long‑term results: spot the tiniest errors and work efficiently to fix them.
• Positive attitude: maintain a can‑do attitude in all work activities and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• A passion for learning: stay informed about changes in maintenance to support the organization’s success.
