Cleaning Services, Facility Maintenance
Responsible for working collaboratively and independently as assigned by the building Principal/Administrator, or his/her designee.
Keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing trash, and handling recyclable materials. Duties may include set up/take down of chairs, tables, and equipment, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.
Education & Certification QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule TypeYear Round – approximately 40 hours weekly
Salary$18.50/hour Custodian - Adjustment for verified experience based on administrative discretion.
