Full-Time 36 hr work week | Non-Exempt
Help Us Keep Housing Safe, Clean & Ready for Families
BVCA Partnership is seeking a reliable, hands-on Property Services Associate to maintain and prepare BVCA owned and rental properties for occupancy. This role directly supports housing stability for individuals and families in our communities.
OverviewBe part of a mission‑driven team committed to safe housing, strong communities, and economic opportunity for families with low incomes.
Responsibilities- Clean and prepare vacant units (trash removal, deep cleaning, painting, light repairs)
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Assist with lawn care and exterior upkeep
- Complete and submit work orders daily
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies
- Uphold confidentiality and agency values
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic painting and maintenance skills preferred
