Position: Custodian
Location: Polk, NE
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00/hour
Schedule: Based on needs

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of assigned buildings and surrounding areas. This role plays an essential part in creating a positive environment for students, staff, and visitors.

• Keep interior and exterior areas of assigned buildings clean and orderly

• Maintain equipment in proper working condition

• Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment

• Perform minor repairs to equipment, furniture, and facility items

• Report security concerns, safety issues, and damages

• Set up and clean up for school events and activities

• Attend workshops and trainings as assigned

• Perform additional duties as directed

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Basic maintenance and repair skills

• Dependable with consistent attendance
