Lead Day Porter (Customer Service Rep Lead)

Compensation: $16.75 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 AM

The CSR Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide work direction to custodial staff.

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairs
• Schedule clean‑up and repairs as necessary
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas
• Track and maintain supplies inventory
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment and supplies
• Correct at‑risk behavior and report to supervisor immediately
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement

• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid certification; valid driver’s license; completed safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents; strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals with safe, efficient use.

• Requires frequent sitting and talking or listening; ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Work environment includes performing the duties specified.
