Purpose:

Performs maintenance duties for the Service department and periodically for the Sales department.

• Operate power washer and clean/detail large Ag equipment and other equipment as required.
• Maintain the facility and vehicles.
• Maintain tool room.
• Perform grounds maintenance for dealer properties.
• Assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership.
• Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the dealership.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned.
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures.

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and remain in stationary positions for extended periods, frequently use hands and arms to operate tools and equipment, and perform repetitive motions. The position involves regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, as well as bending, kneeling, crouching, and working in various positions, including overhead. Strong visual ability and the safe operation of tools and machinery are essential, along with regular communication via telephone and email.
