Location: Kimball

Roll-off Driver - Ash & Trucks – Incineration units in Kimball, NE (Clean Harbors). This entry-level, full-time position offers $26.50 hourly with overtime, 4–12 hour rotating shifts (6a–6p days / 6p–6a nights). Roll-off, Class A-CDL driving experience required. Yellow-Iron HEO (payloader, backhoe, front/back-end loader, excavator, etc.) also required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures health and safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Operates industrial equipment, including but not limited to forklift.
  • Performs general labor throughout the facility to prepare materials for the incineration process.
  • Ensures the safety of themselves and others.
  • Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions to prevent injury.
  • Follows all standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent – required.
  • Previous experience with industrial or manual labor.
  • Yellow-Iron HEO (payloader, backhoe, front/back end loader, excavator, etc.) – required.
  • Roll-off, Class A CDL driving experience – required.
  • Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • DOT training.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • Climb on and off forklifts.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. from ground to waste.
  • Climb up/down vertical ladders.
  • Capable of reaching out, over, and down exerting a force.
  • 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected – depth perception is critical.
  • 10 push-ups, deep knee squats, and sit-ups (to determine fitness).
  • Good hand/eye coordination.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Respirator fit test upon hire – clean shaven face required (mustache okay).
  • Excellent commitment to health and safety.
  • Accountability; punctuality.
  • Background check, drug screen, and physical – required.
  • Must work rotating shifts Days/Nights.
