  • Challenge the efficiency of interventions and propose optimizations
  • Manage and lead the team
  • Supervise and motivate the team on a daily basis (regular follow-ups, annual reviews, objective setting) while ensuring a climate of trust and strong cooperation with production
  • Lead the development of skills by participating in recruitment and integration, and managing training and qualification plans to increase technician versatility
  • HSE & Quality
  • Ensure the safety of interventions (HSE rules, PPE) and strict compliance with quality (GMP/BPF, traceability ALCOA) of maintenance activities
  • Manage incident reporting (investigations) and actively participate in audits (HSE/Quality) as well as the deployment of action plans
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Structure and lead, in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives on recurring breakdowns
  • Follow up on the creation, update, and contribute to the dissemination of remedy standards (reflex sheets, operating procedures, checklists) and training materials for maintenance technicians and operators
  • Interface Production/Process Team
  • Work closely with Production through the Process Team to align priorities and plan interventions on critical equipment
  • Contribute to the development of production autonomy on first-level maintenance (standards, checklists, training)

What you need to succeed:
