Maintenance and Exploitation Role

Groupe RIFSEEP: 2 (administration centrale). Your main activities:
Within the exploitation section, you participate in local maintenance and carry out small maintenance tasks for the premises. You are responsible for: carrying out routine maintenance operations, including green spaces, repair, and maintenance; checking building infrastructures and site exteriors and reporting any anomalies; managing maintenance supplier inventories; ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of maintenance equipment and tools; assisting central SNPS services (furniture assembly/repair, handling);

controlling cleaning service providers for central SNPS services;
Your professional environment:
Attached to the general secretariat, the real estate office is responsible for the general management of the built heritage (buildings and exteriors) provided to the SNPS (central Lyon services and 5 scientific police laboratories), as well as the modernization, operation, and maintenance of 56 technical platforms of territorial services. It is organized into two main entities: the heritage section, responsible for: defining and following the real estate strategy through the master real estate plan and the multi-year real estate strategy plan (SPSI);

coordinating and managing construction and major maintenance works with the construction services; defining the strategy and then following the budget and technical execution of operations for the exploitation and maintenance of PTS sites; defining the installation and local accommodation reference documents of PTS; defining the technical characteristics and writing the technical clauses of the public procurement contracts relevant to the real estate office's area of competence.

The exploitation section, responsible for: piloting the operation of central SNPS sites; assisting users, operators, and maintainers; maintaining exteriors, local maintenance of premises, and logistical support for central SNPS services. The real estate office includes, in addition to its bureau chief, 8 agents (2 engineers, 2 technical service controllers, 3 technical assistants) and is organized into two main entities: the heritage section and the exploitation section.
