Cleaning Personnel — Hebron, Nebraska — Part Time or Full Time 20–40 hours / week

Metal Quest Unlimited in Hebron, Nebraska is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Personnel team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our shop, work areas, and common spaces remain clean and well‑maintained, supporting both safety and efficiency throughout the facility. Your work will play an essential role in helping our team operate at its best.

• Maintain cleanliness of the company facilities.
• Clean & sanitize restrooms and common areas, empty trash, clean windows, vacuum, and mopping.
• Self‑motivated and well organized.
• Assist with general shop upkeep to keep our facility clean and organized.

• Due to ITAR compliance requirements, all employees at this location must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

$15 – $17 / hour (depending on experience)

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (can be flexible)

• This position requires the use of protective eye equipment at all times while on the production floor.
• This role operates in a standing position for 75% of the time, with the possibility for bending, stooping, reaching, or crouching as needed.
• May need to lift or move objects up to 40 lbs.
