Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair on forklifts, conveyors, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.;
Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) on forklifts, conveyors, and other facility equipment, with approximately 60% of the workload focused on PM activities and 40% on reactive maintenance.;
Log time, materials, and detailed maintenance activities into a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or similar maintenance software.;
Maintain, update, and close work orders and preventive maintenance tasks within the maintenance management system.;
Collaborate with the maintenance team and operations staff to minimize downtime and prioritize critical repairs.
