Job DescriptionIn the context of replacing an agent placed in a detachment position, the municipality is recruiting a versatile technical agent for a duration of one year. Within a small-sized municipality, the agent participates in all missions of the technical services to ensure the maintenance of public spaces, communal buildings, and the heritage of the community. They contribute daily to the quality of life of the residents.
This recruitment is carried out within the framework of a one-year contract. Depending on the evolution of the needs of the community and the manner of serving the agent, this contract may, if applicable, lead to an internship within the Territorial Public Service.
Maintenance of green spaces
- Mow grassy areas.
- Trim hedges, shrubs, and flower beds.
- Planting, watering, and maintenance of the commune's flowers.
- Weeding and maintenance of public spaces.
- Routine maintenance of mechanical equipment (mowers, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, blowers…).
Maintenance of communal buildings
- Perform first-level maintenance and repair work.
- Small interventions in plumbing, electricity, painting, locksmithing, and carpentry.
- Monitor the condition of buildings and report malfunctions.
Maintenance of roads and public spaces
- Maintenance of the communal road and urban furniture.
- Cleaning of public spaces.
- Installation and removal of temporary signage if necessary.
- Participation in winter viability operations as needed.
Support to municipal services
- Installation of equipment during communal events (tables, barriers, podiums, etc.).
- Participation in the logistics of festivals and ceremonies.
- Handling and transportation of equipment.
- Participation in any mission necessary for the proper functioning of technical services.
• Training or experience in green spaces, building, or public works is appreciated.
• Mastery of the use of green space maintenance equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, painting, and small maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently while knowing how to report.
• Versatility, organizational skills, team spirit, and availability.
• Sense of public service, discretion, and rigor.
• Respect for hygiene and safety rules.
