New Park Property is seeking a Shift Technician to maintain building systems, equipment, and facilities. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on M&E services, supervise a maintenance crew, and ensure safety, housekeeping, and energy efficiency standards are met.
Responsibilities include coordinating repair work across electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration, supporting fire safety drills, and acting as part of the CERT team during emergencies.
