Boone Central Schools is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Facilities Operations staff member who takes pride in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This position plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our schools and ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and ready for learning. This is a full-time 12-month contract.

Work Schedule: This position is anticipated to work2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Alternative work hours may be considered for the right candidate based on district needs.

Job Duties (include, but are not limited to):

• Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and routine custodial duties throughout school facilities.
• Assist with building maintenance, event setup and teardown, and report facility repairs or safety concerns in a timely manner.
• Support the daily operation of the school by working collaboratively with staff, students, and administration while providing excellent customer service.
• Follow district policies and procedures, including safety, security, and proper handling of cleaning equipment and supplies.
