Wayne State College seeks a Maintenance Repair Worker III (HVAC & Plumbing) to perform advanced maintenance and repair across buildings, facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate has at least four years of maintenance experience in HVAC, plumbing or related disciplines, with proficiency in computer tools and building management systems.
