POSITION SUMMARY

Maintain agency facilities and vehicles to ensure a safe, well-working environment for staff, clients, families, and community members.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete minor repairs in facilities including plumbing, construction, concrete work, etc.

Assist in unloading the commodity truck as needed.

Maintain the underground sprinkler system.

Mow and trim the Loup City buildings

Complete work orders within the 21-county service area.

Adhere to all CNCAP-related policies and procedures

Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or GED is required

Valid driver's license

1-3 years of experience working in construction and/or maintenance (Tools provided)

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Problem-solving skills

Communication skills

Knowledge of power tools

Excellent time-management and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to work with others

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm

HR Director JOB STATUS:
Full-Time, 40 hours per week Pay: $21.00/hour BENEFITS
