Full-Time Maintenance Technician

ACC Management Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support Midway Gardens in Menasha, Commercial Square in Neenah, and Archive in Appleton. This position is scheduled to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Midway Gardens and Commercial Square, and Tuesday and Thursday at Archive.

This role places a strong emphasis on cleanliness and curb appeal. We're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, welcoming communities and is willing to make cleaning a regular part of their daily responsibilities.

We're looking for someone with:

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience required
• A strong willingness to clean and perform custodial tasks, including common area cleaning, grounds upkeep, trash removal, and apartment turnovers
• Experience with drywall, painting, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, and/or plumbing (experience in all trades is not required, but a well-rounded maintenance background is preferred)
• Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor all interior and exterior for maintenance issues. Perform inspections of all apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Maintain and keep all tools and equipment in acceptable working conditions and work area neat and clean.
• Electrical: replace or fix outlets, light switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Plumbing: replace or fix faucets, re-piping, toilets, sinks, and unclogging drains.
• Heating and Cooling: general heating repairs and cleaning filters, compressors, and condenser coils.
• Groundskeeping, including but not limited to: picking up trash and keeping the building clean and presentable both inside and out. Shoveling and salting sidewalks and entry ways in winter, and lawn care and landscaping as needed.
