Remington Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Respond to guest and operational maintenance requests within 30 minutes, prioritizing emergencies;
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, pool equipment, appliances, and general building systems;
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building equipment and maintain maintenance logs;
Maintain the grounds and exterior appearance of both properties, including landscaping, walkways, parking areas, pool areas, and outdoor lighting;
Assist with daily setup of Lemon Bar to ensure the property is operational and guest-ready
