Hackensack Meridian Health - - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors on new construction projects and planned utility shutdowns;
Maintain PM schedule, logs, and work order closeouts;
Ensure patient environment of care and room readiness per checklists;
Operate and repair hospital equipment and perform interior maintenance (lighting, plumbing, painting, ceiling tiles);
Respond to emergencies with proper equipment and maintain safety compliance (OSHA, Joint Commission)
