Job Description
Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant 3. The Administrative Assistant 3 will provide high-level administrative, operational, and fiscal support to the Office of Student Academic Success, including the Academic Success Center, Writing Center, and Academic Enrichment Programs & Summer Bridge. This position coordinates office operations, communications, meetings, travel, purchasing, financial processes, events, and special projects while serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders and supporting division priorities.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and perform administrative and operational support activities for the Office of Student Academic Success and its reporting units, ensuring efficient office operations and alignment with leadership priorities.
* Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, committees, and special projects; serve as a liaison to faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders by facilitating communication and responding to inquiries regarding programs, services, policies, and procedures.
* Research issues, resolve problems, and exercise independent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
* Maintain records, reports, website content, and administrative documentation to support information management and operational effectiveness.
* Coordinate and perform business and financial operations, including purchasing, procurement card reconciliation, travel processing, budget monitoring, contract administration, and financial recordkeeping.
* Coordinate events, trainings, and special projects, including facilities scheduling, technology support, vendor communication, marketing coordination, and event logistics.
* Provide administrative support and operational continuity during staff absences and perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
