Senior Operations Specialist

Location: Henderson

Position Summary:

The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for the execution and management of all Court & Process activity in the assigned market, including prioritization, routing strategy, and client communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Determines daily and weekly service strategy.

* Prioritizes jobs based on client urgency, geography, and SLAs.

* Resolves service issues, bad addresses, and field obstacles independently.

* Acts as the primary local decision-maker for field operations.

* Main point of contact for local clients. Responsible for:

* Status communication

* Service expectations

* Issue resolution

* Maintains client satisfaction and service quality

Job Qualifications:

* High School graduate or GED equivalent.

* 10-15 years' experience in local process service rules and regulations.

* Advanced leadership and team management skills.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Knowledge of company policies.

* Time management and organizational skills.

* Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality.

* Computer skills and knowledge of collaboration tools.
