- Strong business acumen and program management skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication skills, including executive-level writing and storytelling
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in customer success workflows
- Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
- Background in designing learning experiences or onboarding programs
- Familiarity with Gainsight, LMS platforms, and enterprise communications systems
- Strong project management and change management skills
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
