What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the design and implementation of customer success accreditation and onboarding programs
  • Develop and maintain enablement content, including webinars, playbooks, and guides for customer success teams
  • Own the communications strategy for customer success, ensuring clarity and consistency across channels
  • Manage change initiatives and adoption of new processes and tools within the customer success organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve customer success operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, or Program Management
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in global organizations, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors
  • Strong business acumen and program management skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level writing and storytelling
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in customer success workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience using generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
  • Background in designing learning experiences or onboarding programs
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, LMS platforms, and enterprise communications systems
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
