Job Description
Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Student Employment and Outreach Coordinator. The Student Employment and Outreach Coordinator will support Student Financial Services by managing the university's Federal Work-Study and institutional student employment programs and coordinating outreach activities across all areas of student financial services. The position will promote student access and success through job placement support, budget monitoring, and the planning and delivery of events and presentations for students, families, and community partners.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Administer the university's Federal Work-Study and institutional student employment programs, including awarding, eligibility tracking, and budget monitoring.
* Coordinate hiring processes and provide guidance to student employee supervisors and campus departments.
* Plan, schedule, and conduct outreach events and presentations related to all areas of Student Financial Services.
* Deliver presentations to students, families, and community partners to increase awareness of financial resources and promote student success.
* Support financial aid operations during peak periods by assisting with application processing, book vouchers, and other related tasks.
