Job Summary

The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire full‑time EVS Attendants/Janitors. You will be an energetic, get‑it‑done person working with a team that values dignity, respect, and coaching. The position provides the tools, supplies, and chemicals needed to perform your job. Comprehensive industry training, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, holiday and vacation pay, and opportunities for promotion are included. Starting pay is $13.50/hour with a salary range of $14.50–$15.00 per hour.

Begin each shift ready with your uniform and tools. Disinfect surfaces, replenish supplies, and maintain assigned areas to consistently meet or exceed client high standards. Work efficiently and provide friendly, engaging service to exceed client expectations.

As the frontline member, you serve both TBC and the client, ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.

• 21 years old or older
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform general janitorial tasks—including bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift
• Customer service skills
• Prior commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus
• Fast, efficient, self‑motivated, eager to do a good job
• Positive, can‑do attitude
