Location: Indian Springs
Reliable Part-Time Maintenance Person
The RV/Manufactured Home Community is seeking a reliable part-time maintenance person for general park upkeep.
Duties include:
- General repairs and maintenance
- Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up)
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Preparing RV spaces for new tenants
- Keeping common areas clean and safe
Requirements:
- Basic maintenance experience preferred
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
- Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication & follow up skills
Compensation:
Based on experience. Possible free RV space
