Engineer, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

The Maintenance Engineer performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to uphold, and improve upon as directed, the Company’s Standards as well as to keep the Company in compliance with government and regulatory agencies’ standards for functionality, cleanliness, safety, and security.

• Adhere to all company and department policies and procedures as well as all the Company’s Practices (i.e. Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Core Values, 15 Points of Service, etc.)
• Maintain the basic upkeep of all rooms and common areas by ensuring furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment are in working order. Ensure paint and flooring meet Company standards.
• Maintain regular communication with and be responsive to appropriate team members in the Gaming area, Hotel Operation and Food and Beverage outlets to stay aware of any equipment or environmental issues that require attention and/or repair. Collaborate with team members and take reasonable action to minimize interruptions to revenue-generating operations.
• Establish, maintain, and abide by the MSDS handling guidelines for all chemicals and materials.
• Maintain the Company’s exterior spaces such as the RV Park, parking lots, swimming pool, landscaping, etc.
• Complete minor repair issues as detected/advised. Report any major repair issues or requests to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
