Groomers; incl. Experienced Winch Cat Op Sr.) mid

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety of employees and guests, including personal safety.
• High safety responsibility and sensibility to maintain a safe snow cat operation.
• Maintain mountain skiing surfaces to the finest level possible.
• Learn how to operate all Diamond Slope Grooming equipment and basic mountain operations.
• Assist in snow making operations.
• Minimize down time through basic preventative maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of machine.
• Perform manual labor in other slopes and trails work.
• Maintain a good working relationship and communicate work instructions with co-workers.
• Receive daily working instructions from the Leadership Team.
• Communicate daily, as needed, with shop mechanics concerning mechanical problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Experience or interest in terrain park design and construction.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, comprehending, and understanding English.
• Able to climb on and off vehicles frequently.
• Able to sit for extended periods of time while operating the snow cat.
• Able to use two‑way radios (both speaking and hearing instructions).
• Must be able to work outdoors and on shift work.

Rate:
Starts $24/hr doe. Food & beverage and recreation discounts.
