You take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation by performing deep cleaning of kitchen equipment-including stoves, ovens, and other high-use appliances-as well as high dusting throughout kitchen and beverage service areas. Your work ensures a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both the culinary team and our guests.

** Essential Functions and Responsibilities
* Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
* Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, broilers, and other surfaces
* Conduct high-dusting throughout the kitchen and beverage outlets to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
* Use appropriate cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and company policies to sanitize equipment and work spaces
* Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, garbage disposals, and other cleaning equipment; perform basic breakdown and reassembly as needed
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas throughout the shift
* Transport garbage, recycling, and debris from kitchen and bar areas to designated disposal locations
* Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
* Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
* Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant experience preferred; STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred
* Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques preferred
* Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals
* Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
* Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
* Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system
* Requirements* At least 18 Years of Age
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
* Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
* Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards
* Food Handlers Card
