Hourly wage: $20–$33 per hour, and the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
