Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor will be an onsite position on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45pm-7am EST. You will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, maximizing production uptime, and upholding safety and quality standards. This role will be supervising a team of maintenance technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and will be able to drive continuous improvement initiatives that support operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct maintenance technicians across shifts, ensuring clear task prioritization and accountability. Develop team capabilities through hands-on coaching, technical training, and succession planning.
- Maintain and manage CMMS data, including work orders, PM schedules, parts inventory, and equipment history. Audit maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective tracking of asset performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, applying structured root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement sustainable technical solutions and improve system reliability.
- Support capital equipment projects, including planning, installation, and commissioning of new systems. Reinforce adherence to regulatory and safety requirements while strengthening a culture of operational discipline.
MUST:
- Apprenticeship program, technical school, or associates degree.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Relevant working experience to the role and strong planning/organizational skills
- Hands-on involvement with equipment and production floor activities, (In person work).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing;
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Fast-paced production environment requiring flexibility and multi tasking.
- Hands-on involvement with equipment and production floor activities, (In person work).
- Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
