Job Posting TitleData Center Associate RMA (B shift M-F 2pm-10:30pm)

Responsibilities- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
- Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities and material condition
- Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter
- Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
- Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy
- Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics
- Install rack hardware using hand, power and measuring tools
- Operate material‑handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, safe work area in accordance with 5S standards
- Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday
- Adhere daily to safety and process procedures
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability
- Show attention to detail and focus on quality
- Possess flexibility and cross‑train in multiple datacenter departments
Good interpersonal and customer‑service skills are required. This position involves regular interaction with customers and other stakeholders on site. The ability to form positive working relationships with various working groups is key to team success. Critical thinking and analytical skills are needed for confident decision making based on provided information and data to meet production goals. Experience with computers is mandatory.
Knowledge of electrical safety, static‑discharge hazards and protocols is essential, as the role requires working with live electrical and electronic equipment. 1–3 years of related experience is required.
