Data Center Team Lead – 6‑S E‑Shift Thu‑Fr 10:00pm‑6:30am Sat‑Sun 6:00pm‑6:30am

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, including the management of shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying accurate part numbers, quantities, and condition of material.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts onsite at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100 % accuracy.
• Assemble and install electronic components, installing cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Push, pull, and lift equipment frequently throughout the workday.

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with frequent interaction with customers and stakeholders onsite.

• Experience with computers – 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety, static‑discharge hazards, and protocols for handling live electrical and electronic equipment.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests as required by federal, state, or local law.

Base pay range: $27.00 – $27.00 per hour, adjusted for experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
