Maintenance Technician - Data Center Facility

CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Critical preventive maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of hyperscale data center infrastructure—including UPS, generators, and cooling—are performed to ensure maximum uptime.;
Follow MOP, SOP, and LOTO safety protocols to maintain optimal power usage and adhere to data center standards.;
Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.;
Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.;
Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
