DC Facilities Supervisor

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a DC Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations within our distribution center. In this role, you will lead a small team to ensure all material-handling equipment, building systems, and safety devices are inspected, serviced, and fully operational to support high-volume retail and e commerce fulfillment. You will coordinate vendors, manage work orders, track budgets, and support capital projects.

The supervisor partners closely with operations leaders, champions safety and 5S standards, and drives continuous improvement in uptime, cost control, and workplace conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities and maintenance operations within the distribution center
• Lead, schedule, and develop maintenance technicians and support staff
• Ensure material-handling equipment and building systems are maintained for maximum uptime
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and CMMS records
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections
• Monitor facilities budget, parts inventory, and service contracts
• Champion safety, compliance, and 5
• S/housekeeping standards across the DCSupport facilities-related capital projects and equipment installations
• Partner with DC operations leadership to align maintenance with throughput goals
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs
