Maintenance Supervisor

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily facility and equipment upkeep across our retail spaces and back-of-house operations. In this role, you'll coordinate preventive maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and reliability of building systems to support a premium customer experience. You'll schedule and oversee technicians, respond to urgent repair needs, maintain maintenance logs, and help optimize store layouts and equipment performance.

Collaborating with store and operations leaders, you'll champion continuous improvement and support a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for store and back-of-house facilities
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment
• Respond to and prioritize urgent maintenance and repair requests
• Supervise in-house technicians and coordinate external vendors and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance logs
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building regulations
• Monitor condition of equipment and facilities, recommending improvements
• Support store operations teams to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Manage basic maintenance inventory, tools, and supplies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and standards
