YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well-maintained while assisting with deliveries and set-ups. You will respond to service requests, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with residents and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
The role requires a valid in-state driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or pool operations is a plus.
