Are you a hands-on facilities leader with experience supporting critical plant operations in a manufacturing environment? We're seeking a Team Leader II – Facilities to oversee facility systems, lead a skilled maintenance team, and ensure safe, reliable operations across a large manufacturing site.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership, system reliability, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a team of facilities and maintenance associates
- Oversee the safe and reliable operation of critical plant systems, including:
- HVAC
- Steam systems
- Compressed air
- Electrical systems
- Water systems
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities to maximize uptime and minimize equipment failures
- Manage building and grounds maintenance operations
- Partner with production and operations teams to ensure facility systems support manufacturing needs
- Lead facility improvement initiatives and capital projects
- Manage contractors and external vendors while ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Support regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance efforts
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning and facility response activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within facilities, maintenance, or plant operations
- 2nd Class Stationary Engineer License
- Demonstrated experience maintaining critical building and plant utility systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Strong background in preventive maintenance and equipment reliability,
- Experience leading contractors and cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements
Salary Range: $83,849 – $104,550
