Facilities Team Leader II

We're seeking an experienced Facilities Team Leader II to lead facility operations and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of critical plant systems. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting production through preventive maintenance, team development, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop a team of facilities associates
• Oversee HVAC, steam, compressed air, hydraulic, electrical, and water systems
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensure facility equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimize downtime
• Manage building and grounds maintenance
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to maintain safety and regulatory compliance
• Support emergency response planning and continuous improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Massachusetts 2nd Class Stationary Engineer License required
