This customer‑serviced position is responsible for maintaining the facility’s buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. Duties include general repair work, mechanical maintenance (HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry), and grounds‑keeping.

Shift
1. Holidays and weekends are as per standard schedule.

A minimum of 2 years of building maintenance or plant operations experience is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Valid driver’s license required for first and second shift staff only; third‑shift staff may provide proof upon transfer to another shift. Mechanic certification or equivalent preferred.
