Fortress Nutrition is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team on the floor, troubleshoot equipment, support repairs, and drive uptime in our fast-paced food/beverage manufacturing environment.
This is a working supervisor role, requiring proactive problem solving, safety leadership, GMP compliance, and collaboration with production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. You’ll develop technicians, plan PMs, and coordinate with vendors.
